Questions, answered.
The things people ask most, in plain words.
Getting started
Is Yoodoo only for people with ADHD?
No. It was made by someone with ADHD and shaped by a lot of people with distracted brains, so it's built for the moments days go wrong: running over, waiting for the thing at 4, not being able to start. If that's ever you, it's for you.
It isn't a diagnosis or a treatment. It's a planner.
I've tried a dozen planners. What's different?
Most planners show you a list and leave you to it. Yoodoo shows your day as time, where an hour looks like an hour, and fixes the plan when it slips. Run over and one tap moves the rest. Your meetings never move. Nothing turns red and nothing piles up.
See it in Fix my day.
How long does it take to set up?
About two minutes. Onboarding asks four quick questions to find your brain type, then builds your first day with you. There's no tutorial; Yoodoo shows you each part the first time you use it.
What can I use it on?
iPhone and Android, plus web and desktop with Pro. It all stays in sync, so you can plan at your desk and do it on your phone.
I used the old Yoodoo. Do I lose my stuff?
No. Everything you had comes across the first time you open the new version, before anything else is asked. If you were already Pro, you keep everything at your current price.
How do I…
How do I plan my day quickly?
Ask Yoodoo. Tap ✨ and say or type what's on, times and all, and Yoodoo builds the day around your fixed things. It can move things, fill a list, start a habit or break a task into steps too. Here's how.
What happens when I run over?
Yoodoo asks one question and moves what can move. Your calendar events and anything you locked stay put. The day’s priority is protected, and anything that no longer fits goes to Anytime instead of being crammed in. See it step by step.
I can't make myself start. Will this help?
Home only ever shows you the next thing, so there's nothing to decide. Tap Start focus and it's just you, that task and a timer, with your phone quiet. Try it this way.
Can it stop me scrolling?
Yes. The blocker keeps the apps you pick off on a schedule or right now, with a few short unblocks a day for the real stuff. Set it up.
What happens to things I didn't get to?
They roll to tomorrow. They never turn red and never pile up. Wrap up at night shows what rolled and lets you give it a time. How wrap up works.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. Your events show on the timeline as fixed points and everything else fits around them. Lite shows one calendar; Pro adds more calendars and two-way sync. Connect yours.
Pro and Lite
What's free, and what's Pro?
Everyone gets Pro free for the first week. After that you choose: keep Pro, or carry on with Lite for free. Nothing you made is ever deleted.
Lite keeps the timeline, Fix my day, the focus timer, one list, one habit, one calendar and the Today widget.
Pro adds Ask Yoodoo and Plan today, the app blocker, more lists and habits, two-way calendars, subtasks, task alarms, every widget, all the music, dark mode, weekly insights, and Yoodoo on your computer with sync and backup.
Is there a way to pay once?
Yes. Lifetime is one payment for Pro for good, every update included. No subscription to remember.
How do I cancel?
In the App Store, like any subscription. No emails, no forms. You keep Lite.
Privacy and your data
What does the AI see?
Only what it needs to plan: the tasks you're planning and your calendar's busy times for that day. The app never talks to the model directly; a small server of ours does, and nothing is used to train anything.
Where does my stuff live?
On your phone. If you're Pro and turn on sync, it's also kept on our servers so your other devices can see it. No ads, and we never sell data.
Do I need an account or a password?
No password, ever. You give an email in onboarding so we can send tips, and you can skip it. An account is only made if you go Pro, by a link sent to that email.
