Add one tiny step
Tap the task, then Edit. Under Steps, tap Add a step and make it small: Open a blank doc and write the title. Give it 5 minutes.

Or let AI break it down
Tap Create with AI and Yoodoo suggests the rest, each with a time. Tap Add these if they look right.

Start focus
Back on the task, your steps are listed in order. Tap Start focus and pick how long.

One step at a time
Focus shows just the step you're on, with its own time. Done? Tap Next step. That's how the big thing gets done.
